The management team of Avghni has incorporated on 15.02.2013 vide Certificate of incorporation Identity Number U31908AP2013PTC085810 2012-13, issued by the Deputy Registrar of Companies, Andhra Pradesh for activities like EPC /Trunkey solutions for Solar Projects Rooftops / Megawatt's and solar retail products like Solar street lights, Solar fencing, Solar agri pump systems and LED Lighting.

Sri.V. Prasanneswar Rao, Managing Director of the company is B.Tech with a Post Graduate Diploma in Project Management with Central University. He is an energy expert who has been involved with both Conventional and Non-Conventional Power Projects. He has acquired international reputation with solar PV technologies, through the successful implementation of solar projects (cells, modules and systems), has attended National & International conferences, workshops and business meets. He has been in solar photovoltaic industry for a decade.

Sri S. Pradeep Kumar

Director (Finance)

Sri S. Pradeep Kumar, Director (Finance), M.Com., FCMA, PGDPM was a retired for APSFC served as various positions, and he has processed more than 400 projects in his tenure. Present practicing as a Cost Auditor for several Industries in Hyderabad, He is taking care of company Financial affairs, preparation of DPR ( Detailed Project Report) and Mobilization of Funding to Projects etc.

Sri M. Jayakar

Sri M. Jayakar, Director (Procurement), is Post Graduate in Arts from Osmania University, has got experience in Solar Products installations and procurement. He has led the team which successfully installed and commissioned over 15MW Solar Power Plants in India.He is taking care of material Procurement and Liasioning works with Pvt. & Govt. organizations for projects.

Sri. K. S. Rao , General Manager ( Projects) is an Electronics Engineer with over 30 years of experience in Production, Installation, maintenance, after sales service in Electronics and Solar Technologies. He is an experienced trainer in Solar Technologies for technicians, engineers and entrepreneurs and also a Chief Instructor at Renewable Energy Training wing at Swami Ramananda Thirtha Rural Institute in Pochampally, Hyderabad. He is in-charge for installations of large solar power plants and Rooftops.
